"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"We were lucky to find such an amazing property on short notice! Our original booking at another property fell through last minute, and I'm glad it did because we found this gem!!! Location was perfect! A little out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to access the hustle and bustle easily!!! Great communication with owner!! Front desk clerks very polite and helpful!! And the view was BEAUTIFUL!! Would definately stay here again in future!!"

"Parking and accessing the unit was was seamless. There were a couple hiccups at first with getting on the Wifi and figuring out the heat but Arlene was quick to respond and we got it all figured out. The place was very clean and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal. The beds are very comfortable. Its also nice having a washer and dryer. Its within walking distance to to a few coffee shops and places to eat. Down on the corner from the unit is a place called Golden Sol Wellness...

"David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space. The back bedroom has no desk and the window looks out directly into the siding of the building, so there's no view. But the room is comfy. Both rooms have closets and tons of storage space.
