"We just spent a week to celebrate my wife’s birthday, I reach out to concierge to plan a special day for my wife, Karina was awesome, she arranged a romantic welcome with champagne, flowers and chocolate. She also helped me with setting up a spa day, and had ballons set up on my wife’s birthday. Karina is very professional and she even answer her phone on her days off. "This property is right next to the cathedral. Our balcony opened up directly facing the cathedral and it was simply magical. Our room (room 2) had high vaulted ceilings and garden doors that open up to a central second floor overlooking a charming restaurant! The staff is warm and friendly and everything was spotless! Definitely exceeded our expectations! One thing: if you don’t like church bells ringing around the clock or hearing beautiful singing from Mass then don’t book this hotel. For us it added to the charm and character that this hotel oozes with!"
