"This hidden gem is literaly 2 blocks away from everything you will ever need. The neighborhood is beating and very safe, day and night. The central station is 2 blocks away through a pedestrian street. The pier is 2 block away, and it will take you anywhere you want. The supermarket is literally one block away.
