"While getting into the flat seemed complex ultimately it wasn't. Once you have the keys it was easy. The location was on a small square on the edge of old town which can get busy but quiets down by 11pm which seemed unique compared to how busy the rest of old town was in San Sabastian. It is recently remodeled, on top of a house, so there’s a staircase going up and down every time you leave and come back. "We enjoyed our stay at the rental in San Sebastián. The property was great for us- two couples and very clean. The biggest drawback was the road noise that lasted well into the night. The other thing we didn’t realize was the distance between the apartment and the downtown area. It was approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile. It was fine for us, but would be good to know. "Close to the beach & a roomy apartment. We loved the nearby La Madame Restaurant! There was a coffee pot but no coffee, no paper towels & just one kitchen towel, and no extra toilet paper.
