"All rooms are internal rooms. No real windows. Walls very thin. Running water in pipes loud. Roma well decorated. After my stay, I left my luggage in the storage area, and when I came back in the afternoon to collect it, the hotel was “closed.” I missed my onward flight. The manager/owner did help get my luggage back and offered me a free night’s stay, but it was too late. I’ve never seen a hotel that was “closed” before. Read the other reviews before booking. I do not recommend it."

"place is ideally located to explore BsAs on foot. anything you need is within 5 min on foot. staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, they will respond to any questions or requests immediately and with a big smile. availability of kitchenette with microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer is great! place feels authentic and historic. I will surely stay there again when I return to this wonderful city."

"The hotel is located in an interesting and funky in-town neighborhood. The area and hotel have a lot of character - the hotel is an older updated building with outdoor courtyard areas leading to sections of rooms, unique and fun art pieces, and a koi pond and fountain. My room was nicely and comfortably updated and had a tall ceiling so room felt quite large. The breakfast is fair but was not my priority. I stayed for one night before a flight back to the US. I arrived at the hotel but the lady who was at Reception did not want to open the gate for me as she said I didn't have a reservation. "Location was nice and safe. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Room was nice, clean, with AC. Asked for towels multiple times and never got them. Checking in/out was fast and easy."
