"I was pleasantly surprises when we arrived at the Mesa Best Western Superstition Spring Inn. We thought we were staying at the Best Western located at the same Superstition Mall property we had stayed at in the past. I was ready to not like this BW Inn but to my surprise our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Because I didn’t realize we were not familiar with this BW Inn I didn’t think to ask about elevators. So the only reason I didn’t give this location full stars for the outside...

"Staff was wonderful and tried very hard to be accommodating. Unfortunately had items in our room that didn’t work. Staff didn’t have adequate equipment or time to get things to work for us. However they did try very hard. They were also very apologetic that couldn’t financially reimburse us for anything. "

"It was conveniently located for me to do all the things I needed to while in Arizona. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helpful. My room included a refrigerator, microwave and small counter stove top. It would have been helpful to have a channel guide in the room to help figure out local news, etc."

"I have stayed here before and really appreciate the staff, cleanliness, and value. I do want to share, however, that our shower drain was clogged (room 312) and it's a super gross feeling when showering. I love that you offer breakfast, but when I tried to get breakfast, the coffee tasted horrible (is that the tap water?), there was water coming out of the orange juice dispenser, and there was no one around to attend to any of it. Despite how this review sounds, I really DO like this hotel!"

"Fantastic location, walkable areas. We had a wonderful time. Our room was clean albeit dated(appliances), staff was nice, pool and hot tub nice. Breakfast was ok. Overall great experience, you get what you pay for, would stay there again. "
