"The digital check-in on site was a little tricky. The screen displays your room number briefly, then it goes away. It’s not printed on your card, so make sure you remember it 😁 The staff were super friendly and helpful!! Excellent location and the room was very nice! I would certainly stay here again!!"

"Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Bergglück verbracht. Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Kleine Kritik: Wenn das Haus voll ausgelastet ist, ist die Küche etwas zu klein, um dort für 12 Personen zu kochen und auch der Kühlschrank ist nicht besonders groß. Wir waren zu 6, da war es ok. Der Mülleimer könnte ebenfalls etwas größer sein. Wir hätten uns auch eine kleine Infomappe mit ein paar Infos z.B. zum Thema Mülltrennung und wo wir...

Aufgrund der Lage bleibt man in der Hütte und fährt nicht ins Tal.Selbstversorgung, gut einkaufen, mal eben etwas einkaufen ist nicht so einfach!Top Lage zum Lift und Skigebiet, 2 Minuten mit dem Auto, parken am Lift umsonst."

In der Küche fehlte der Stöpsel für die Spühle und es gab keine Topfdeckel. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur eine mega helle weiße "OP" Deckenlampe und keine andere gemütlichere Beleuchtung. "

Positiv: die schöne Aussicht von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer, die Welcome Card mit Berechtigung zu freier Fahrt der Bergbahnen, Bad und Toilette modern eingerichtet. Ein paar Dinge waren nicht so gut - eine Türklinke war defekt (trotz unserer Bitte an Vermieterin würde es nicht gerichtet), die Utensilien der Küche sind minimal vorhanden, Bratpfannen sehr abgenutzt, die Seitenablagen im Kühlschrank sehr lavede, die Duschbrause sehr locker angebracht. "Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)"

Perfect Ski Holiday Option

"Stayed 4 nights during a ski vacation. Couldn't ask for a better location - right across from the train station. In the morning just walk outside and catch one of the ski busses. Very clean and good security (card needed to enter after 6 and for elevator) If you're wiped after a long day then just fo across the street to the very well appointed supermarket in the lower level of the train The buffet breakfast is another great feature...nice mix of hot / cold Highly recommended "

"Fantastic location, walking distance to airport if you like a hike. Good options for breakfast. Nice room, lovely bathroom. Needed more hangers. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly."
