"The place was nice enough and the room setup was convenient for me since I was traveling solo with my child. That said, it is certainly priced like a 4 star but not sure how that rating was given. It lacks basic room amenities such as water and lotion, no room service, help with your bags (had to ask bc I am heavily pregnant but it was an exception) VERY limited restaurant hours, etc. The rooms were a good size if you get a suite but were a bit outdated and I found old socks under the bed when...
