This person is a scam. The tactic is once you book, the address reveals itself to be a wall of a warehouse next to the Orange County airport, and he doesn’t answer any messages or calls. He finally replied to my text “Vrbo sent him an email that said it was cancelled” but the booking status was active. I had to keep calling him
