"If you are somebody who does rent out a vehicle when visiting , I highly recommend this hotel and if they are fully booked than the other best western off Orangethorpe street is awesome to! Having free breakfast and free parking is super convenient. Highly recommend driving too LA at 5-530am if this is your plan for the day as it’s 45mins away but in heavy traffic which is everyday… it goes up to 2 hours. Comfy beds and clean running water here the hot tub and pool is a must go to"

"My new favorite hotel in OC. -Easy Parking; - beautiful location to sit, work and walk by the pond of water w ducks; - fantastic food walking distance from hotel. - was able to workout in the gym w great equipment Only issue was-- the front desk clerk seemed GONE most of the morning into afternoon. Repeatedly saw a "be back soon" sign. So i withheld my questions about things like a later check out and sort of did what i wanted. Thank you for a great stay. "

"Michael at the front desk was being very rude I don’t know if he was pronouncing my name wrong on purpose. So much so that he didn’t even ask for my ID that was a first ever. Maybe he was having a bad day. Other than had a great experience."
