"The front desk girl was busy watching TV or chatting with someone in the back room. I had to yell through the glass to get her to come help us after standing there for a while without any notice. They have no hairdryers in the room. You have to go to the front office and ask for one. The rooms were adequate, found a few hairs that were very noticeable so housekeeping is not on their game. Overall it was fine. No bugs, quiet and affordable. "

"I usually don't like to post negative about the property but I want to help others to save their money. This place is not in a good shape. Housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning the bathroom. Its dirty, mold or mildew on edge of tub. No shampoo and conditioners. The bed is not comfortable. No hot kettle in the room.No vending machine to buy a drink. I would not go back again. "

"Ayres Hotel was our life saver! When we first landed in California, we originally booked our stay at a different hotel and it was awful! (Anaheim Executive Inn). We booked the rest of our stay with Ayres last second and the pricing wasn’t too bad. Once we got to Ayres, it was such good vibes and clean!! The staff were super nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and they have good breakfast every morning."
