Beautiful gardens and surroundings, but very cold inside the villa. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes and cutlery, but no salt, coffee, tea, etc. Not at all what I was expecting from a 4-star hotel. Overall, it was not good value for money.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are showing a little bit of wear and tear but very clean. Breakfast buffet fit for a king! Great outdoor pool, but not heated so it was rather cold in November. Indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna were also great. I just wished they would not close at 8pm. After hiking the lavadas, and dinner we really had to hustle to be able to use these facilities for at least a little bit. Definitely would stay again.

It's a nice park, not too far to walk. Not very big. The best park is really the botanical gardens. Cost 6 Euro but worth it. Take bus 31 or the cable car.
