Con: Customer service was poor all I know is the Man and the woman who worked on Saturday and Sunday was not friendly, they never spoke to us, they never told us their names, or where the ice machine was. We were afforded a room at the top to take in the glorious Levy stadium view. And within minutes of checking in, there was a knock at the door with ice bucket and a bottle of chilled Chardonnay and charcuterie tray to start the weekend off promptly.
