"Fantastic trip for a girl's spa weekend. Everything was exceptional -- only flaw is that the wifi and cell service is spotty at best. However, if you are going to unplug and rewind -- that can work in your favor! Forced us to truly step away from everyday lives and just relax. Hotel staff is fantastic! Friendly, helpful and kind. Beds are to die for! Food was incredible. Definitely go back!"

"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"We absolutely love this property and have stayed several times. The staff are friendly, helpful and nice. We really enjoy the fireplace in each room with free firewood! Having said that, bring starter sticks to be able to fast start the wood. Newspapers are offered also. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful, as are the 2 free custom coffees each day.
