"My wife and enjoyed our stay in cabanas, the resort was bigger than we expected and definitely more family oriented, but still very enjoyable for us. The flat was very lovely, had what we needed and a nice covered patio. The local grocery store was a 5 min walk and well stocked. Day trips to Tavira were not expensive but you can’t walk from Cabanas to Tavira, it’s bus or taxi. "We had a Ria view room with lovely views, especially as the weather was good. We liked the fact that the hotel is very tranquil at this time of year. Although the rooms are not spacious it was a very comfortable large bed, bottled water and fridge in the room. The food was of a very good standard and a reasonable range of options. Staff all professional and friendly.Hoping to return next year."
