We stayed in the family villa for 2 nights and found it to be spacious with beautifully landscaped grounds. The local waterfalls were easily accessible and we could walk to local restaurants. To start, the property is massive with a soccer field, pool, a sweet horse, foosball, ping-pong, pool table, fruit trees, and a river running alongside the house. There are tons of beds to accommodate a lot of people. Each room had its own AC and was very comfortable. We felt very fortunate enough to receive coconuts, avocados, and other fruits from the trees. "This house has the potential to be amazing however, the listing is not an accurate display of how the house is currently maintained. The gardens are all overgrown and there is a swamp in the backyard that is infested with mosquitoes. "A beautiful view! The town the home is situated is very cute, friendly people, well appointed grocery store and a couple of great places to grab some local cuisine. The place itself has some gorgeous views, a beautiful property surrounded by fruit trees, and Macaws that greeted us every morning and many evenings. "La Finca Azul is a really nice place to stay. We only stayed for one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. It's surrounded by beautiful nature, with a river nearby. The food was good, and the owner's daughters were really sweet to our two-year-old. If you want a peaceful getaway with nature and friendly people, this is a great place to go."

"We only stayed one night. Check-in was simple and easy, The staff were all very friendly. The property is gorgeous and unique. Weather was really rainy and wet, so we didn't get to explore too much around the outside of the property. Our room was exactly as described and quiet, however, the walls are somewhat thin and you can hear other guests but not in a horrible way. It's more like a comfortable home rather than a hotel. The dining room was lovely, dinner was nice and the included breakfast was delicious. Delicious! It's a really neat area and we left the next morning to go straight to the volcano so everything was convenient and scenic."
