An old splendor
This hotel was once the second best in Santos. In the last 80 years, I am a Santos native, it has lost its luster. The staff does a great job but the structure needs help.

Perfect!
We’d been staying in the Ibis which wasn’t good. Moved here and it’s great. Ok, from the outside it does need a coat of paint, as does some of the inside but our room was excellent, clean and well serviced. English is spoken in reception and nothings too much trouble. Breakfast is good and plentiful. All in all, wish we’d have stayed here for our whole stay.

Atlantico Hotel is located across the street from the beach in Santos. This hotel is old and in need of repairs. It could be renovated to look like a grand old hotel, but it's current condition is falling apart. Our room was clean, but again old. It was an acceptable place to spend the night. A free breakfast buffet was offered, and valet parking for a fee.

Hotel está muito mau conservado, o café da manhã deixa a desejar, mas o pior é não ter estacionamento dentro do hotel. Deixei o carro por 3 dias no estacionamento conveniado e encontrei banco do passageiro sujo, dando a impressão de que alguém comeu dentro do carro, além disso haviam alterado o dial do rádio. Será que usaram meu carro?

O hotel está instalado em um imóvel antigo, mas está bem cuidado. A equipe de atendimento se esforça para atender todos bem e com cordialidade. A localização é excelente e permite que quase tudo seja feito a pé, tem 3 shoppings no entorno e muitos comércios. O quarto era amplo, estava limpo e recebeu serviço de limpeza em todos os dias, independente de solicitação. Chuveiro funcionou bem em toda a estadia. Café da manhã de boa qualidade, senti falta apenas de um café espresso(indisponível e sem opção de pagar a parte). Possui dois elevadores pequenos, mas que atenderam bem durante a estadia. O estacionamento é fora e, devido ao movimento de fim de ano, demora cerca de 20’ para receber o carro (aceitável pela época do ano e movimento na cidade), o valor está dentro do esperado.

O Hotel é um dos mais antigos, porém possui quartos amplos, bom café da manhã, e a melhor localização do melhor ponto de santos que é o Gonzaga, além de ser de frente para a praia tem uma varanda onde o hospede pode sentar e desfrutar da orla. Vale a pena.
