"Location Location Location says it all a great place to stay in Sanur, close to great bars and restaurants along the boardwalk and close to the new shopping centre also some good places to eat at the front of the resort along the main road. I found the restaurant and bar a little disappointing with poor service around the pool wich was none existent but overall i would stay again."

"Very helpful. We changed rooms to a delux and felt like royalty. Nothing a challenge for the team. If you book standard room this is an inner room with no windows. Delux room gas window and balcony. "

"Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. I wish the ground floor rooms and the pool area were non-smoking; the smoke and smell tend to be enclosed in the pool area by the accommodation blocks and a high wall. Good breakfast options. A few minutes to the beach, and easy walk to Jl. Danau Tamblingan (high street) for shops, restaurants, spa, etc."

"Great location. Right in the middle of Sanur so there are dining options either side. I was unsure about the location but am extremely happy with exactly where it was. The pool bar food was perfect and service was amazing. The food in general in the hotel was next level!! We are very fussy with our food but was were extremely impressed! The staff were all so so so lovely! The wifi around the pool was terrible. It force me to relax and not look at my phone so I suppose that was good. The wifi in the room was good. The rooms were so incredibly clean! We cannot wait to go back and have already recommended it to some friends who are travelling there next year! "
