"Our stay was lovely. We loved our room on the 16th floor with water view. Everything was really lovely , except for coffee situation. There were so many flight attendants getting coffee, there was no room for regular people to be able to get a cup. When the swarms of flight attendants were off on their way, coffee station was a messy disaster and there was no more coffee left and the hotel neglected to refill it. That occurred both morning of our stay. Pan Pacific has lots of room for improvement when it comes to providing their guests with a cup of coffee in the morning as a good host would. "

"Great location for stadium. A bit more of a walk to central downtown and the waterfront, but there is a Skytrain station nearby. Some road noise but that’s to be expected in a city centre. Room had everything needed. Having a yoga mat in the room was a nice touch. "
