Relaxing, peaceful space that's perfect for working business professionals, small families with children, and couples looking for a weekend getaway to unwind. Located in central Sarasota, this property is within a 15 minute drive from Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's, and a variety of local restaurants and shopping centers. A separate doorway entrance ensures complete privacy during entire stay.

This is a cute guest suite built out of the garage end of our home. It has two rooms with a small bathroom (370 sq. ft. total) and has been remodeled within the past three years to include updated furniture, hurricane-impact windows, insulated drywall, a refinished shower and a barn door to separate the kitchen/bathroom area from the living area. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed to allow for an additional sleeping area if needed. All water provided in the space is well water that has been filtered and softened with our recently-installed softening system (August 2021).

Central heating and cooling with a thermostat in this space is available for guests to control the temperature to their own comfort during their stay.

The space is also equipped with a range/oven and full-size fridge. This makes long-term stays much more comfortable as you can easily prepare meals for a cozy night indoors.

The TV is a Roku TV that includes subscriptions to YouTube TV for local channels, Netflix and Hulu. WiFi is high-speed at 400 mbps. Additionally, we do not use cameras or any monitoring devices of any kind so our guests have complete privacy during their stay.

Beach amenities include: 2 beach chairs, 4+ beach towels, and a beach umbrella.

The suite is within walking distance to Arlington Park and Pinecraft and is a short drive from downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's, and the Ringling Bridge.

Quiet and secure stay
Gracious and responsive hosts. The apartment was clean and situated very well for us. We were visiting family and this was a great place for us as a base for our getting around. We also had our 2 small dogs with us and they did well at the property.We would stay here again, loved the place.

Perfect stay!
Beautiful property and great location! Just like the pictures and centrally located to everything. We spent time on Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria, and Venice, all within a short drive. Spent most mornings at nearby beautiful Arlington park, walking our dog and playing at the dog park. The unit very comfortable and spacious; great layout with the barn door separating the kitchen, lots of hooks, ample plug ins, WiFi, cable, ceiling fan and thermostat both with remotes. The kitchen sink/counter also serves as the bathroom sink/vanity but it wasn’t a problem. The unit was surprisingly private and quiet despite proximity to owners (they were pleasant but we barely saw them, which was perfect). Had our own parking spot and private entrance. Loved the fenced in patio to hang out with our dog. Erinn was very easy to communicate with and has thought of every detail, providing an abundance of linens including beach towels, everything needed to cook meals including spices, and plenty of paper products, soap, etc. She even left us some wine and dog treats! We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

The only complaint would be that there were 4 spots to park at, I only needed one. Everytime I left and came back the trash cans were moved onto my spot to where I couldn’t pull in, all parking spots were taken up and when I showed up there was one spot for me but I had to get out of my car every time to move the trash cans so I could pull into the parking spot.
