The only opportunity that I see, is there was a power outage during our stay and there are no emergency lights anywhere in the building. We had to climb to the second floor and it totally dark stairway with no emergency lights. Not sure why there were no emergency lights anywhere in the hallways lobby or stairwells, but to me this was a very uncomfortable experience. Other than that, it was a nice day. "

"This hotel is great. I loved the evening reception as it can be boring and lonely when you stay in hotels a lot. The rooms are spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff are all really friendly, especially Maria. An unexpected surprise was the laundry facilities. We have been on a very long trip and it was great to be able to get rid of the laundry burden that had been piling up. Breakfast had a good range of options and the shops on Broadway are easy to walk to. I would definitely recommend...
