"I booked this unit in June for a weekend and was so impressed I HAD to book again when I came back to visit family. "The A/C situation was not good. Two tiny window units that did not keep house cool. Beds were very small. Neighbors were up all night with loud music every night."

"No response from owner for hours on day of arrival.. once in contact owner didn’t know if unit was clean. He informed us things were clean BUT Once inside unit was filthy.. nothing was cleaned, children’s toys and dirt were everywhere. none of the beds were made owner didn’t bring blankets until last day. He had a lady and her 4 kids living there and apparently put them out that day and he said he thought we were arriving on a different day. We’ve had this reservation booked for MONTHS"

"On 4/6, we arrived with confirmation in hand, but our code didn’t work. I called the homeowner, and he wasn’t expecting any renters until 4/13. We were given a working code to the key box, but there was no key. After waiting in our car, someone brought 1 key for 7 people to share. The house was unclean, the tubs had rust stains, and there was a stale odor. We left the property, checked into a hotel and called Evolve (3rd party company used by the homeowner) to let them know and ask for a refund...

"My family and I like to stay here even though we’re local. This is one of the properties that we stay in the most during severe weather. The location is convenient and their shopping and food in the area along with it being in walking distance of shopping in the mall. It’s not in one building like some other properties, meaning that if there is severe weather, you cannot go to the lobby and get breakfast without going outside. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room so for the price we are always satisfied."
