The historic room (803) we had was quaint and comfortable. The scenery is beautiful. The bed however was horrible. Rock hard mattress and the head of the bed was lower than the foot by 6”. The pillows were non existent mush. A happy getaway for our anniversary turned into a headache and sore back. We checked out first thing. My husband and I stayed one night for a birthday get away and it was wonderful. Would stay here again. Ordered in-room dining which was prepared very nice and good fast service too.

Nice and comfortable but the room was a bit cold and there is no thermostat you can adjust. It got better over time running the chimney. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room are very well maintained but could benefit from a refresh.
