"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."
"Landscape and ocean view was good. I also love the gazebo. The room was disgusting. The bathroom smells of sewage and tiles were dirty , plus no running water in the pipes, therefore , unable to bathe or flush the toilet. The white towels, and sheets were dingy. The smoke detector was also missing. I stayed for 1 night due to the poor conditions. However, the staff team were supportive and kind. They tried to accommodate us as best within their power."

There were areas of peeling paint. Some of the furniture in the room looked a little abused. The blue mountain restaurant was great but the meal took quite a long time to arrive. The Asian restaurant was average. We didn’t participate in the Hibachi. The French restaurant was very good. Loved the entertainment. The foam party was a great hit. Loved the spa "
