"POSITIVES: The property is right on the beech. A sea view from the terrace was magnificent. Our delux double room on the second floor was light and airy. The bed was comfortable and bed sheets clean. Towels changed daily. We visited in early March so the heating was on, but you can adjust the temperature yourself. "What an amazing hotel. Literally can't fault this place. It's everything you can ask for when looking for somewhere to stay. Probably our favourite hotel I've stayed in. "Atrocious customer service. We booked through Expedia and we were not let in. We’ve had no issues like this on other reservations. I called the owner and he laughed at me and hung up. We were stranded for both nights. If you don’t come at exactly the time he wants you to be there, you will not ever be let in. This was so unsafe.
