"We really enjoyed our stay here. Just outside of the main street but easy walking distance, making it quiet. Very close to both of the spas. Our room was very large and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were well-informed and always helpful. Sadly, the weather was cold and rainy, but in nice weather, it would have been nice to sit outside on the patio. "

"The hotel is conveniently located and very comfortable room! The staff was very friendly and informative with 24 hr front desk service. The only things that were a little turn down was the noise of the street train and the parking was pricey 24 euros per night. In all, it was a great option for us staying just 1 night. "

"Either I missed the info or it was not made clear that there is only a shared bathroom between the four “apartment “ rooms this hotel offers. Suboptimal I would say. But both the bathroom and the communal kitchen were kept very clean. The rooms are on the fourth floor which is not too helpful with large suitcases as there is no lift. Saying that there was a very nice clerk there at check in who helped. Everything is automated so there is no one to ask questions and the first day I did not...

"We had a large and comfortable room on the top floor which was very quiet. Decor a little dated with several things not working (the room safe, the sink plug and the hairdryer - although a second one had been supplied). "The Schlosshotel is nice place to stay in Karlsruhe. It is directly across from the Haubtbahnhof and the main streetcar (tram) intersection. Gave property a 4 because we thought restaurant was pricey and room had no safe or hot water kettle. Front desk staff were very helpful and room was tidy and clean."

"We found this accommodation very useful. Very easy to walk to the Christmas markets. Friendly shop opposite to get snacks and drinks for the apartment. The kitchen was very useful indeed as we have a 5 month old and needed the kettle and microwave to wash and Sterilise his bottles. "

"The property is very pretty our room in particular (junior suite) was very spacious and architecturally pleasing. The location was fabulous for purposes of shopping, Christmas markets and historical touring. the upgrade buffet breakfast could have been better. The café was quite crowded, the coffee machine was frequently having problems, The orange juice appeared to have come from a bottle and there was some chaos around the boiled eggs. The cheese selection and pastries were good though "
