"The woman who checked me in was marvelous and extremely helpful in a charming way. The check in is at another property about a block away which could be communicated better. Some confusion since the instructions were only in German which I don’t read. However, the personality of the woman who helped me was exceptional and she even helped me find parking. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean, and the minibar was stocked with a few complimentary drinks.
