"We arrived after 1400, reception staff Mon existent. A cleaner helped us inside via the restaurant, still no reception staff! 10 mins later a member of staff arrived. Room not ready, no chance to eat in restaurant as full that evening. Other hotel restaurant in vicinity also full. Advised to go into Clusaz and try our look there! Balcony had 'view' of blank 2 storey wall, not hills or lake as detailed. Hotel is undergoing extension building works to finish in June 19."

"Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm located in the best spot of Geneva and old town. We all enjoyed our stay. There were six adults in our family ski trip in three hotel rooms. We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of our ski trip before we drove to Chamonix, in the middle before everyone went their way traveling through France and Italy and again my husband and I came back at the end for one more night before we flew home back to the states. The staff was very accommodating and wonderful!...

However, if you're unlucky like me you may be given a room that's not in the main building.That means you'll have to walk outside to an alleyway, up some stairs and the same to enter the main part of the hotel. "Oh my, where to begin. Ruby Claire is an absolute gem. I would like to give a shout out to Nicolas who handled the smooth check-in and processed our free Geneva transport cards. Yes, you read it right, free ride in public transportation within Geneva. Bus 10 Mollard stop was very convenient, just a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel.
