Property manager disconcertingly rude. Un-helpful. Made no effort to try an be helpful to someone who traveled 653 miles and had previously booked the room. All he was worried about was getting my credit card on file and charging his security deposit. Because of this stay at this particular hotel I will never ever use Expedia to book a hotel room again EVER. And will absolutely never stay at a Days INN again as long as I live.

Front desk clerk had a fake smile. Kept me waiting at chk in 30 min after she pulled my my res and just kept wheeling the mouse around. Someone came in she stated my name & phone out loud loudly. I told her I'll fill out a check in card, dont say it so others can hear. She looked nervous then stood there and loudly spoke my cc info in full 1 number at a time. Then tried to say she didnt know about privacy & it was a mistake. After the people behind me left she acted racist.

As i arrive the entrance to the motel was confusing due to 2 motels using the same driveway. 2nd i booked this place online and when i got to the motel there was a 35 dollar fee that im supposed to get back after my stay and i didnt get it back so i payed 120 dollar's for a room that should have costed only 50 dollar's

Toilet leaked on floor. Bathtub dripped continuous with cigarette burns on tub. Would not use it. In need of remodel badly. After pay online desk clerk asked for credit card and charged a deposit that was not advertised on hotels.com. Air conditioner only worked half of the night.

Checked in for two nights. The place is very dirty and the beds are old. The frig froze everything. They charge $100 per NIGHT for pets which is not stated on their website. My dog weighed 10lbs and is a service animal I noticed they charged for her once I got home. They did not reach out to say anything about a charge I had to find it on the invoice. Called them they would not remove the fee not even for one night. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this dump and the maid was rude too! This business needs to be shut down for poor environment. Oh there was blood on one of the pillow cases too.

It was a very nice stay and it was very clean..the only 2 things that was wrong was bathtub was stopped up witch we fixed and the refrigerator was very hard to open and close
