"Recently updated, this (now) Grand Hyatt was terrific. Even at full capacity it never felt crazy busy - lots of room at the pools. They were on tail end of a long reno so some food outlets not open. Rooms were big, clean and sunny. Nice Balmain products for those into amenities. Pools are great and kids will love the water slide. Food is good (menus are slightly limited vs something like JW or Fairmont). Service is AMAZING. From the poolside staff to front desk to valet, every single person...

"I stay here and another hotel at least once a year. I like this property. There is a disc golf course across the street but I always forget my discs. I would recommend they have some that you can borrow. This stay was disappointing though. I only had a cold shower. When I called the front desk they sent the repair guy who said it was hot enough. It was only luke warm and if you are in the shower that equals freezing."
