"The staff was really helpful. We stayed 3 nights but in 1 night increments. I messed up my Expedia reservation and they were incredibly patient and helpful (Expedia customer service as well). Some of the finishes needed restoration, but they were natural wood and not laminate, so that is understandable. The design of the room was really charming and such a welcome change from the cookie cutter W-hotel look that is so prevalent. The private patio on the first floor was so lovely. Even when it was 100 degrees, the patio was shaded and cool enough to enjoy. Housekeeping does a great job keeping everything clean and stocked. Our breakfasts were abundant and enjoyable. The dinner at the restaurant was fun and the service was excellent. The only slightly negative comment was about the spa. I walked in and the host completely ignored me as she talked on the phone for 5-10 minutes while I waited. I walked out because the heat had me feeling grouchy about that."

"We were only there for a short time. One night. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening but only had enough time for breakfast and then off to the airport. The room and the pool/hottub were all great. Only negative was having to ask several times for the milk to be refilled only to find after going to the kitchen door, that there was no milk available. Our time was short. Had I known earlier I would have used the oat milk or almond milk right away and not waited around. Otherwise everything was great. "
