Weekend Stay
We had a short weekend stay here in this really cozy and comfortable beach house over the late winter for my son’s tournament in Tom’s River. Aside from some challenges with the door code and alarm system, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was super responsive and helpful and we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect house, perfect trip
We were a party of 2 adults and 3 older kids and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The layout enabled the adults to have a little distance from the kids when we wanted some! Really lovely yard with a bar (!) and comfy furniture for lounging. Walkable to the beach. Couldn't ask for more. We look forward to returning in warm weather.

Best little getaway!
The home was cozy, welcoming and the neighborhood was friendly. The privacy in the back yard was a plus and we really enjoyed the separation that the home allowed us with our children. Our littles were close to the Master while our older two had their own little space on a lower level. Cooking was simple as everything we needed to prepare dinner was provided. All in all, I would return to this property next time we stay in NJ!

My family and I stayed 2 nights and 3 days and we had the most amazing time. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious and we just kept saying “it has great vibes”. The layout was perfect for us because it gave both families a little privacy with the way the rooms were layed out. We also loved sitting out back at night. All in all it was perfect for us and we plan on coming back next year :)

Cozy clean house walking distance to boardwalk
This house was cozy and clean. We liked the location as we could walk to the boardwalk for meals and snacks and exercise. I had not stayed in this area before and wasn’t sure how equipped the house would be since we had to bring our own sheets and towels. But there was no reason to worry! The house was very well equipped with soap, paper products, cooking items and all the little things that make a stay pleasant. We were here for a funeral but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again for fun.

Nice home in Seaside
This home was more than we anticipated Clean, comfortable, nice furnishings, well stocked They have done a great job upgrading and made this a wonderful place to spend time. This home is great in any season. I can only imagine the summer when you can fully enjoy the awesome backyard. The pictures are great, but it really needs to be seen to appreciate all the home has to offer. Thank you Jennifer for sharing it with us

Great Location and Exactly as Advertised!
This rental was the perfect spot for our girls’ weekend at the beach! Not only is it walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but it is also located at the beginning of the boardwalk, so the area is quiet and not too busy. We fit 8 girls very comfortably in the house, and would all stay again in a heartbeat! Jennifer was also so great to work with, and was extremely responsive and helpful from the time we booked it and throughout the whole stay! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience!

Great place in a great location
We had a surprise event come up in Toms River, New Jersey, that we had to attend from out of state. I found this listing, and, after enjoying our staying here so much, I am surprised that it was available at all. It’s in such a great location and convenient to everything we needed. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our spur of the moment trip. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and taken better advantage of the fun backyard and the boardwalk area. Jennifer was so spot on with any messages or questions that we had, too, it was impressive. Definitely recommend this home!

Great Stay
First, I’d like say how accommodating and responsive Jennifer was to communicate with, it helped reassure our choice in homes for our 3 night stay. The home is a perfect distance to the beach and boardwalk- quiet and a walkable. Between the layout of the home, the backyard and the front room there is plenty of space for a family to enjoy time together or spread out a bit if need be. The house has everything you could need, and if you forget anything Acme is a very easy and quick drive down the road. We ate at the Chop House which is located across the street- the food was good and a nice change from cooking. I’d recommended this home and location to anyone looking for a beach vacation either with a family or just friends!!

Pleasant stay
It was our family’s first time renting a home in Seaside Heights. The home was very cozy for our family of 5. We cooked A LOT and the kitchen had almost all the tools needed to cook. The backyard was a bit dusty but the set up was convenient for us to grill and enjoy our dinner/drinks. Our fav part was the ninja warrior course/playground 2 min walking distance from the house. Our kids went back everyday. Jennifer was super understanding and so quick in getting back to us. We would love to go back with our family again.

Perfect spot for friend or family beach getaway
This was the perfect spot for our ladies’ weekend! The house and yard were more spacious than expected and both really nicely appointed (can’t think of a single thing that was missing). Plus you really can’t beat the location- just blocks from beach and boardwalk! Host was responsive and left clear guidelines and tips in the home. I would definitely recommend this spot to other friend groups or families (though if traveling with small children you may want a baby gate for the stairs). A few notes for future guests: Be mindful of the step coming out of the “lower” bathroom - tripped a few of us up. The bed sizes were different than reported in listing so we didn’t have the right sheets (but made it work). Found 1 King, 2 full, and three twin (top bunk and trundle). The house was clean when we arrived but there was some trash left around backyard. The host quickly refunded a portion of the cleaning fee when we reported so not a big issue.
