The hotel was really nice. You had your choice of either soft or firm pillows that were on the bed which was fantastic. One thing, the woman that was there upon check-in was extremely nice, both shuttle drivers were amazing. Other than that, the other employees were not that friendly or personable.

We booked to be able to bring our kids. My son is 4 with autism and we booked for the pool and the breakfast and the parking. The pool was down for maintenance with no warning in our booking or when we checked in. We came back from our event at about midbight to find no parking. We waited for half hr to get a place to park even tho we had the permit. We were told you couldnt do anything about vehicles taking up multiple spaces. Brakfadt was burnt bacon or barely cooked sausage. Could have been better. All and all I was just glad it was very clean.

Hotel was great. While we were there our team members vehicle was broke into right in front the the main entrance. Was in sure what we could even leave in our rental. Other than the the staff was great.
