"Good bits: Nice hotel with very good food and they are pet friendly Very nice wellness centre with lots of saunas and big-ish swimming pool. English language of staff was quite good Hotel has indoor golf, indoor tenis and squash, bowling alleys and more sports facilities. "It was good and very easy access to town using the metro or the tram, we were welcomed by Karel and he was very helpful, gave us a map and showed us places we could visit, he checked in with us when he could not hear us over our room phone. "From check-in to check-out, our stay was unexpectedly extraordinary and efficient. The location on the outskirts of Prague may seem to be out of the way but the 2-3 minute walk to the train station makes central Prague only a 15 minute ride away. "Even if I checked-in a bit late some nice lady guided me through the process so everything was ok. Room was on the smaller size, but bed was fine and bathroom clean so no issues there. I could only recommend for solo or on budget travelling."

"Ich habe ein Tag vor Ankunft angerufen ob wir die Koffer im Hotel abstellen können. Man hat mir gesagt es wäre ok aber am Ankunfstag war keiner da. Allerdings nach kurzem Anruf ist eine Frau gekommen - vielen Dank dafür. Check in selbst war total chaotisch, über halber Stunde gedauert. Rechnung noch nicht angekommen. Frühstück sollte eigentlich zur Verfügung sein, es gibt es aber nichts. "

"What I liked was it's location. It was a short walk (across the road) to a subway station. So it was easy a quick to get around Prague."

"The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down. "

"Overall i enjoyed my stay and would return. Has some great facilities and offferings at a great price. There is however a few thing that could be improved. TV in room was tiny No air con and was extremely hot during night Fan was provided but too loud to have on at night pool needed cleaned General condition of outdoor seating , benches etc where in need of repair."

A nice city fresh with family

"First, this hotel is in the suburbs of Prague. That means it is a very modern building and not subjected to old, historic restrictions in the city itself. It is a genuine 21st century hotel. Attached to it is an ample parking garage at 12 Euro a day as well as an incredible wellness area (for separate prices) that include a heated swimming pool, and a couple jacuzzis. Additionally, there is an upstairs sauna with around 10 different types. There are huge tennis courts, squash, badmintion, golf driving range (and simulators) and bowling areas. In short, the only issue is it is open to the public and fills up quickly, especially on the weekends. The one downside is that it is well outside the city center. There is a tram about 10 minutes walk away. So, if you have seen enough of the old, historic city, this is a great place to stay. For first or second time visitors, you may want something closer to the center. As I have been to Prague a few times and am used to the tram system here, this place is quite good for me. This is a modern hotel and at standard prices."

Hotel Aida - wonderful - very nice & comfortable

"Hotel Aida in Prague was a wonderful experience for us. Our nice 4th floor had two beds in one room and two beds in the second room for our guests. There was a nice kitchen and a very clean, modern bathroom. The temperature of the room was comfortable and the elevator was modern and always operational. The biggest surprise was the breakfast which came with our room. The variety of foods was amazing with freshly made breads, fruit salad, fresh fruit including watermellon. There was dry cereals, cooked cereals, all types of juice and hot deep serving trays of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc. The breafast area was always bright and clean and you had many tables to eat at. This breakfast was self serve, all you can eat and just a delightful way to start your morning. This breakfast was certainly a specialty of hotel Adia, as I noticed many cooks and crew dressed in black styled uniforms working to prepare and put out more food as needed. There was no need for AC during our stay - from 8 June checking out 14 June 2024. The bathroom was bright, cheerful, new, very clean and was stocked with large, medium, and small towels along with a nice towel floor mat. During our stay we meet very friendly and dedicated staff who worked at the check in desk. Their friendlyness and professionalism was outstanding - they checked us in, helped us by calling for our taxis, suggested places to eat for lunch & dinner & how to use the public tram or subways. Hotel Aida was excellent in all regards"
