"Great cabin with everything you need. Nice quality bath products and the bed very comfortable. Communication was fabulous. Unfortunately we witnessed a mouse in the kitchen. We think it entered through an area (a hole) of the front door framing that was exposed to the outside. The host immediately responded and made arrangements to have door inspected and repaired as needed, but we didn’t know if this addressed the problem or not, and just decided to leave a day early and not deal with it....

The historical documents and mining gear were also really neat to peruse. "This is a great location. The trail leading down to the creek was a real treat. The house is comfortable and easy to access. We had a temporary issue with the hot water but was able to resolve it ourselves. Our puppies really enjoyed being able to have so many places to sniff and explore. "We loved staying at this property. We had a couple of hiccups to start the vacation, but our property manager (Steph) was very responsive and understanding. The location is perfect for hiking on the west side of town. There is plenty of parking, and the hot tub kept its temperature nicely. I would recommend this property for any group of friends/family that is looking for R&R in Sedona. "

The biggest problem however was the bed, with the mattress broken on one side causing a significant dip in the mattress causing me back pain.
