"Beautiful modern space. Everything was impeccable. We had unit 9 which was not a standalone cabin but the units like ours have a clear large open view of the small waterfall from the sitting and sleeping area. There is a small but efficient kitchen that you can cook in which is perfect for the area that does not have amenities open late."

"Such a unique living experience. Living in an own personal hut near the mountains is such a great way to be in the nature. Private parking available. There is limited hot water in the room but this is a given when living more off the grid. "

"Hotel Selja sits alone in a vast, flat landscape with stunning views. You'd not think much of it when driving up to it, but once inside, you're greeted by warm staff members and cozy, bright rooms. The rooms were very clean and nicely appointed. We had a very yummy dinner there served on short notice and received with much gratitude. The breakfast buffet had everything we could want to start our day - it was delicious. It's a perfect overnight location for catching the early morning ferry out to Heimaey Island. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
