The hotel is brand new and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful - on more than one occasion. Their hospitality was incredible and they made us feel safe and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel especially for first time visitors to Korea. We would like to give a special shoutout to - Seung Yeon Jung, Liliana, and Min Chul Kim.

It feels new and it’s so clean! Room was a bit small but we hung out mostly on the 18th floor lounge area with lots of comfy couches and tables for work/study and even a small private conference room for calls! There are free snacks and coffee, tea, and water there. And then shared kitchen in basement where you can also get conveniently packaged food to heat up in microwave or stove. And also a gym with all basic equipment and free self-service laundry. Just amazing. The location is also really nice. Lots of food options, convenient store, near bus and subway station (Line 2). 2 bus stops from Myeongdong street. And airport bus also stops at this bus stop just across the street. For this price, I would absolutely come back when I am back in Seoul!

This hotel was such a lovely stay. The bed was extremely plush and comfortable, a great way to sleep after a long day of walking around Seoul. Pillows and comforter was so cushy and soft. Bathroom was great as well. The shower comes as an overhead and can be switched to hand held shower head, both with great water pressure. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided. Although toothbrush and paste not provided, it can be purchased at a vending machine in the basement level for a reasonable price. The room might look small but everything is strategically furnished. There is even a mini fridge. The location was not as ideal as I’d hoped, but it is a close walk to 2 different subway station entrance, both less than 10 minutes walk away. So you can get to the busy part of Myeondong just one stop away. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying close by to Myeongdong

Clean, Great location, TV was useless
Great location, easy access to the subway and buses. The rooms are small but clean. The TV volume could not be turned up higher (they have the settings locked) this was annoying since we couldn’t hear. We had this beautiful huge TV we couldn’t use. I assume this is so that there is no noise leaking to other rooms, but we couldn’t hear our own TV well enough which was disappointing.

I booked this hotel because it was a new property, and I like clean hotels. After staying for 1 day, I decided to extend my stay for 1 more day, because it had everything I needed – good location(city center with all major subway lines nearby), comfortable bed, and HUGE TV. I was also surprised to see a big lounge with many tables and sofas on the 18th floor because most hotels around this price range do not have separate lounge area this big(this hotel also has a big check-in lobby on a different floor with many seatings available). I could do some work on the table there while having free cup ramen they put out. The staff is very friendly and professional. They all spoke English very well.

I really enjoyed my stay her At New Blanc Hotel, it’s very new and fresh. What I like the most of the location is that is quiet from the busy two center Myeong-dong but close enough to walk or by bus is very convenient. There is also a fresh fish and other grocery market nearby just 2 mins walk. If you crave for fresh or dried fruit go there and buy them but they closed pretty early in the afternoon around 4-5pm. I would definitely come back stay at this hotel again. The only one down side about the hotel is the room itself it’s too small to fit a queen bed in the room, because I travel alone this time the space is okay, but it’s hard to move around. However, that’s just my personal opinion, everything is great! I accidentally put tooo much toilet paper I the toilet bowl and blocked it they fix it in no time.

Location: Walking distance to major subway lines 2, 3, 4, 5!! So I could easily go to anywhere in Seoul. Service and room: 24 hr concierge with professional staff speaking English. They have separate lounge which serves snacks and others. Room is brand new(they said they opened this month). Bed is super comfortable and the room is really quiet when you close the window. I usually don't sleep well in hotels because of the bedding and noise but I slept very well here. The room may seem a bit tight but it didn't bother me since I slept well, and I enjoyed spacious lounge while working on my laptop on the 18th floor. Big TV in the room was definitely a plus. Others: They have currency exchange machine on the lobby floor! Serves free coffee at the checkin counter in the lobby (the ones you get from coffee shops like Starbucks) Price: Considering overall experiences, it will be hard to beat this price around Seoul.  Overall: 100% recommend. Will visit again.
