The charming village of Sers has a few stores and an imposing 12th century church, while the town of Angoulême, where the French high-speed train stops, has all the necessary amenities. The Haute-Charente attracts with several lakes for swimming. Tennis in Dirac (6 km), airport in each Limoges, Bergerac, Poitiers and Bordeaux.

Très bel emplacement
Une maison, c'est vrai un peu vieillotte mais où l'on s'y sent très bien, chacun son espace, des espaces pour être ensemble. Bien équipée, spcieuse, des fenêtes comme des tableaux sur la nature et un magnifique environnement bien entretenu. Accueil sympathique. Un seul petit bémol sur l'entretien de la piscine qui n'avait visiblement pas été fait pour notre arrivée. Seule une personne a osé se baigner.

Belle propriété peu entretenue
Belle demeure et piscine, la maison n a pas été nettoyée et habitée pendant plusieurs mois et était donc très sale à notre arrivée. Nous avons passée une journée à tout nettoyer.
