"It’s a new hotel and the staff is excellent. Even when I had issues, they worked on everything right away and made sure to check in on me daily. They were receptive to my feedback (one was to add fridges to the rooms which they had ordered prior to my departure) and provided breakfast daily, entertainment once a week in the dining area. "

My only negative was we had a city view and it would be loud until midnight and were early risers so not ideal. But the bed was the best we’ve had. Lots near by to walk to. Will come back but with a pool view balcony next time"

"The feel of the place was relaxing. It was the quiet season when we visited Bali so I appreciated the place not feeling too busy or over crowded. We stayed in the superior villa and I appreciated it’s authentic old feel of Bali, am grateful I didn’t book just a standard room as it was nice to walk through the gardens to our own separate hut!. "Great location! Right on the beach and only a close walk to shops. Property is undergoing some renovations so was quiet, with not many guests, which we liked. We had a private pool with our villa that we used a bit, the main shared pool was huge with nice little areas for kids to play who cannot yet swim. The resort’s restaurant only catered for breakfast and lunch. The staff were lovely and food was reasonable but they were never busy due to minimal guests, so not a huge variety on the menu."
