"Very nice family run hotel. We had a dog with us which was no problem. Very clean but very shabby but the price reflects this. "stayed for 5 nights with my adult son for a 5 day ski trip. it iwas an ideal hotel for a boys trip. we rented a junior suite with two double beds with a glorius view of the mountain and the cig-roc lift. the main entry and ticket office to the sestriere ski resort is directly across the street from the hotel. the ski check is below the ski ticket office so that was an added plus! we drove to the hotel rather than take a complex blend of trains and buses and with car rental prices so cheap in...

"It’s a good hotel and breakfast buffet is great however the staff aren’t very forthcoming with information. Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest. Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. Fine for ski in/out but €10 taxi into town for dinner etc "

"You can walk to lifts in ski boots. Shops, food, etc. is right next to hotel. We drove, easy parking...everything was just really simple. Two guys running hotel...ashamed to say I never asked their names...extermly friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again...yes."

"We stayed in palace2 for a week. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Used half-board option, the food was great, the restaraunt was accomodating for vegetarian food. The hotel is 15-20 min walk from the slopes, but there is a bus. wifi in the reception area, free. Overall very good."
