"Great location and the breakfast was very good. Our only issue was that there was no iron available in the room. When we asked to borrow one we were told that the hotel doesn’t have one! We could have had our clothes laundered at a cost (but the clothes were already clean and just needed a quick press having been in the suitcase) We travel a lot and have never come across this situation before. "Staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The nature of the building and the old hardwood floors make it pretty noisy when other guests are walking or running around but overall a very nice stay. Very large and beautiful rooms. Great location. "

"We had a fantastic greeting from the hosts and they allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. We were beyond grateful after having a long travel day. Free coffee in the morning was a bonus! The only downside was that the oven in the communal kitchen wasn’t working at the time. It was in a convenient location and would stay here again. "

"Hotel staff is very welcoming especially Jairam who went out of his to help us with our stay and make us feel at home. Staff in general is very courteous and very friendly and room service is also excellent. Rooms are very nicely maintained. "

"My girlfriend enjoyed our three night stay at easyHotel Lisbon. The room was very spacious compared to other accommodations we had during our trip in Spain and Portugal. The room was also clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job for the duration of our stay. My only complaint would be that the door to the room was very difficult to close (my girlfriend could hardly do it), and there was about a 1-2 inch gap between the bottom of the floor and the door, meaning we could hear every word spoken in the hall. Waking up to a vacuum in the hall that sounds like it is next to your head is not a great start to the day! Otherwise, we had a great stay. "
