"This is my first time stayjng with Hyatt brand, surprisingly it was very good. Hotel and room were very clean, extremely friendly staff, noise level was very satisfactory. I will suggest you add recycle bin next to trash can. Also met maintmance crew in elevator with a half elevator sized cart with paints and electrical parts, this shoild go service elevator away from guests. Overall experience was very good."

"The room was nicely updated and clean as was the rest of the hotel. And the staff was attentive and friendly. The only issue we had was that one of the elevators was not working properly, and we were kinda nervous about getting on it. Beyond that I recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again."

"We really liked the large room that fit all 6 of us comfortably, and the kids loved the indoor pool. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay in the pool area for long periods at a time because they had almost zero ventilation and the heat in there was pretty unbearable. The room was very outdated and needed lots of deep cleaning, but the staff was so nice and the breakfast was great. The location was great as well! "
