You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Theater Room, Game Room, Location, and Hot Tub!!

"A Bear Endeavor" is a spacious 3 level cabin. The main level consists of a King suite with jetted tub and vaulted ceilings in living room and kitchen. This level also has a deck with an eating area and new grill. The second level is another King Suite and laundry closet at the top of the stairs. The basement includes a half bath, game room, and an updated theater room. There are sleeper sofas in Game Room and Theater Room. There's another deck on this level with an eating area and hot tub.

Our cabin is located in the Sky Harbor neighborhood so there are other cabins in the area around you. The roads are CURVY, NARROW, and STEEP mountain roads. There is a steep incline near the cabin that is avoidable (instructions in check-in message), but once you go up it you'll be a pro.

Guest access
Two days before your arrival I will message you with a key code along with your check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin!

Other things to note:
- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 8 Person Max
- 2 Vehicle Max
- No Pets
-There are neighbors - please be considerate
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- You will likely see and hear critters
- Do Not Feed Bears
- The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

-No discounts for booking

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and coffee are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

-There is a security camera on front porch that shows the front door. This will be on during your stay.

Very sweet cabin! Love the downstairs entertainment area. Especially the theater room! Wish there was a DVD player to watch movies brought from home, but we streamed so it worked out well.

We stayed for our mom/son trip and it was fantastic! Everything was smooth and we loved theatre room and how clean everything was! Felt safe and had everything I needed including bedroom on first floor since I have a cane. Would stay again!

Spring Getaway
Cabin was beautiful. It is conveniently located -close to all things to do at Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Yet being in the cabin makes you feel like you are far away from the hustle and bustle. Host communicated great. We had everything we needed. Hope to go back!

Great Cabin In The Mountains
Great property with great views. Clean and description matches to a tee. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway from busy life. No cell service which was great and the WiFi worked perfect. Would definitely come back and enjoy it again.

Dollywood visit
The cabin is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and so much fun. We had a blast with the game room, theatre room, and hot tub. My only slight issue was there were some hairs and crumbs in the shower and in the fold out sofa beds. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would stay there again. Thank you!

Beartastic home away from home
This home blew our minds upon first entering and during our entire stay. The children had a blast with the game room as well as the adults. We had a couple late night movie nights in the theater. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I can’t wait to come again in August. Communication with Breanne was great! I definitely recommend this home away from home for an above and beyond vacation home. Family get away
I booked this property last minute for a quick family get-away. Breanne responded quickly about a question and sent the cabin information quickly when I booked. She also checked in when we arrived to see if there was anything we needed. The cabin was just as pictured and location was perfectly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was only a few minutes from both. I highly recommend booking this cabin from Breanne.

Great Smokey Stay
There was always enough for everyone to do, and plenty of space for everyone to stretch their legs. So close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but also far enough away that you still get the peace and tranquility of the mountains. I would recommend bringing a few extra towels if you plan to use the hot tub. There are plenty for showering, but it was hard to maintain dry towels especially if you shower before and also want a shower after (or in the morning)

Everything you could want!
If you are looking for a cabin off the main strip but still only a few miles from everything please look here! Our host was very responsive and helpful with all questions and needs! Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. Their cabin had everything we could ask for and more! We especially enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and movie theater! We will certainly be back to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and this will be one of our first choices! Thank you so much for making our stay just that more enjoyable!

Great First Time Visit
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Breanne’s cabin. We arrived at the very busy holiday season so it was nice to retreat to the cabin after busy days out and about. My daughter loved playing air hockey and spending time in the theatre room. The cabin is located very close to all the attractions. Breanne gave very detailed instructions regarding the road leading to the cabin so we knew what to expect in advance and after a few days it was really easy to navigate. The layout worked great for us as my mother cannot really climb stairs so having a bedroom on main living area was a huge bonus. Would definitely book again.

Great place to stay!
Our family throughly enjoyed our vacation in this cabin! It was very clean and well kept with everything we needed for our two night stay. We had lots of fun playing air hockey and pool, plus relaxing in the theatre room! The neighborhood was quiet, as anticipated, which we really appreciated. The cabin was not hard to find and we expected the steep hills on our way in, however, the road the cabin is directly on was very narrow and a little sketchy, as it was only wide enough for one vehicle up a very steep path which was not a one way street. Other than that, from the moment we booked until the time we left we had a great experience and would recommend staying at this lovely cabin!

Bear Endevure
Our stay was very nice. We played games, watched a movie in the theater room, played pool and air hockey in the game room. The hot tub didn't get warm so we did not use the hot tub. While using jacuzzi tub, it was nice, but it leaked in the theater room downstairs while using the tub. Other than that, the stay was amazing.

Cozy Mountain Getaway
Beautiful cabin nestled right on the mountainside between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Lots of space and wonderful natural light. Breanne was a wonderful host & very responsive. Be sure to get on the waitlist for breakfast at Crockett's Breakfast Camp - a must-do!

Great Cabin
This cabin was exactly as pictured. It was clean and our host was easy to contact. It has two flights of stairs, so not for anyone with any mobility issues. Not the easiest spot to find up on the mountain (for us, anyway), but worth it. TVs in every room, and we enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. Only downside was there was only one wash cloth in each bathroom, one hand towel and three bath towels. Also, no hair dryer, so bring your own. Other than that it was everything we needed it to be. Close to both Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the national park.

Amazing experience
Our experience staying in the cabin was amazing! We made it to the property with no issues and check-in was a breeze. The only hiccup we had was that the remote that controlled the TV in the theater room was switched with another controller that wouldn't work with it, but after contacting the owner about the issue, the situation was cleared up and had no further issues afterwards. There are neighbors but that was never a concern of ours. Otherwise, the overall experience was great and we would definitely book this cabin again!

Property appears larger in photos than it actually is in person. Hot tub was just okay. Both bathrooms were small. Beds were very comfortable, but both were on raised platforms, so not super easy to access. Place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay, but were expecting a little more

So Much Fun!
