"If you are attending any tradeshow at the tradeshow Centre across from the Himalayas, this hotel is ideal. Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, the service is good, the food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. If you don’t speak Mandarin the staff are accommodating and friendly and will find a member of the staff to communicate with you in a friendly manner. I was never frustrated or left without anything. Going to the tradeshow only minutes away was extremely useful as casual...

"The AC was not working in the room and when we called the technician we were told that the hotel's air conditioning was under maintenance. Mosquito's and bed bugs kept me awake all night! I did report the experience to the property manager the next morning and was told that a refund will be provided."

"First room assigned was on 3rd floor. Very heavy smell of smoke as soon as I stepped from the elevator (lift). I was upgraded to 15th floor. Room was okay, but only twin beds available. Both these items lead me to rate overall stay as average."
