"I booked Kempinski’s diplomatic suite for 1 night for myself and my friend who are on vacation in Shanghai from the U.S.. We were greeted by Eva at the front desk who was very polite and professional. When I raised concern about a 350 RMB charge for extra bed, she was kind enough to waive it without much discussion, which I appreciate! Doesn’t make a lot of sense for the hotel to charge customer extra when customer is already paying for a very expensive room, hope management can look into this."
