"The hotel is a 3 stars hotel as written outside, staff are friendly, daily cleaning service, in general is good, easy shopping around, only downside for me was the car parking, every time arrive after midnight the hotel car park was full and I was struggling to find parking, had to find another car parking around and pay for a car overnight stay, or try to arrive before midnight to secure parking. "

"Beautiful historic hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and provided exceptional service. Breakfast which was included was delicious. Everything fresh with lots of choice. Our room was upgraded to one with a private plunge pool. Very walkable."

"My welcome was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at the front desk. My room was very nice, the condition is great, even if slightly dated in style. In order to accommodate modern power demands a few extra power points/usb charging points would make the room even better. I always carry multi-point charging devices, so not a problem for me. Overall, extremely satisfied with the hotel, room and facilities."

"Excellent location, excellent value for money, but the hotel is showing its age - not so clean and not many facilities."

"Reserved room was not ready when arrived so was given a different room after delay. They provided only one towel per person and will not provide more unless you pay for it. The bath tub was not having a curtain so when showering all the water was going on the floor and the water was coming out from the sewer. Will not go there ever again."

"Dirty , Tv was without clear picture, no towels , broken worn down furniture, no tissue . Extremely uncomfortable bed with plastic mattress protector that is used for kids which was very uncomfortable to sleep on ."

"Kitchenettehas no dishes, no microwave, no soap, no cookware. Stains on walls, carpets, drainage issues, lack of maintenance Area isn’t the cleanest, locals nearby are very rude, dirty streets, garbage, Bed and pillows was comfortable Not worth the 400$/ night I paid ( due to local exhibition that I didn’t even attend Breakfast If included is pretty good "
