"staff and management was really kind and supporting, especially we had a very great experience at Aqua bar with Mr. Temer, our housekeeping staff, Mr. Ganji and Mr. Mohammad were great people day did good service and also they make some decoration during making up the room, this is a new resort. "We loved our stay. The crew was fantastic. Very professional and welcoming. I would like to mention the following people by name to show our appreciation: - Mafdy ( reception). - Francis ( crew member). - Ayad ( beach). - Remon ( Tirana restuarant , special thanks). - Christina,Martina,Wael,Hassan,Shenouda ( Tirana restaurant). The room was clean. Soho square was amazing. I would like to add few suggestions: - A Microwave in the room can be a good option for any family. - The pool was little cold in the afternoon - Soho square dancing founatin needs an upgrade to match the music. - A shuttle is needed to reach Naama Bay. "Royal savoy is always fantastic , from the beautifully well kept grounds to the air of quanit civility and onto the gracious and efficient staff . It all combines for a relaxing atmosphere alongside feelings of luxury and indulgence that only he best hotels offer . From check in to check out its truly a 5 star experience, a rare find these days . The staff are the stars all having efficiency , personality often carrying a quite dignity that only increases their charm . The beach staff truly give a red carpet experience, one can relax all troubles a distant memory. In warm seas filled with exotic fish while enjoying unrivaled comfort on the beach itself. The poolside offers that same comfort adding a elegance that epitomises all of the Royal Savoy . "Absolutely loved my stay at doubletree Sharm el sheikh. It was the most comfortable and entertaining holiday. It was very convenient as I had a little one with me. The beach was such a close walk and also had a minibus going there. The all inclusive option was nice however I feel like they could have made the lunch and dinner options a bit more exciting. The staff were the nicest. The entertainment was really good!! Overall very clean, fun and relaxing. Highly recommend!"
