"My husband has Parkinson's and he had difficulty several times when in the lobby and restaurant area and staff were very kind and helpful when we needed it. "The person at the reception desk seemed completely disinterested in his job, as if he was being bothered by the fact that we were checking in (granted, we were checking in after 11 p.m., but I would expect a more welcoming check-in after a flight). "Took my daughter and three grandsons for a one-night stay. The 4 year old is autistic and had a great time. Wore his puddle jumper in the pool. Older boys (age 9 and 12) had a great time on bigger slides. I felt safe having a spot for towels and such and older two could check in periodically. We did not do anything other than water park area so I can’t comment on that. "
