"This home is absolutely stunning. There have been tons of upgrades while still keeping with the integrity of the original house. It was still decorated for Christmas and my children loved keeping the tree lit. You won't be even a little disappointed in this house!"

"This house was great for our group of friends' weekend escape from DC. The house is beautiful, the yard is great, the access to hiking is unbeatable. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and other household supplies like towels and cleaning supplies. And the hot tub was the best part, of course!"

"Cute farmhouse has a wonderful pool and hot tub! It’s on the outskirts of Luray, so plan on driving a bit to see the sights but it’s nice and quiet. There’s lots of levels to spread out in the house. Owner was very responsive and helpful with local suggestions of things to do and places to go. We enjoyed Skyline Drive in Shenandoah State Park that was about an hour from the house. "

"This was our second trip to Luray, first was about 6 years ago. The location is just where we wanted to be, in the country. Lots of Deer and Turkey were just next door and the Skyline Drive was only a few miles away, so riding my motorcycle to and from was a piece of cake. "This property is pretty expensive for a one-person weekend retreat, and I was worried I would regret it. I didn't--not one little bit. The house is so incredibly comfortable and spotless and easy. And the sauna is truly incredible. I used it a LOT. The view is lovely as well, and it's an easy drive to some great hikes. I highly recommend this place. "

"We loved staying here and would recommend it to any family! It was perfect to gather around the table and enjoy a home cooked meal we had prepared together and then go outside and hang around the fire pit knowing we wouldn’t be disturbing anyone out in the country. Jennifer was very accommodating and very responsive and went out of her way to make our family feel welcome at the Farmhouse. I am definitely recommending to family and friends!"
