This prestigious Historic estate offers exceptional craftsmanship and amenities boasting 10 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, 11 fireplaces, grand public and private rooms, dining room seating for 12+, a large swimming pool with spa, pool house, English gardens, private beach and 280'- deep-water dock with electric. This 10,000sq foot home is eloquently situated on153 acres to include 4,000 feet of waterfront on Harris Creek and Dun Cove, tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay. The stunning views capture the morning sunrise over the tranquil waters, estuaries containing many species of native birds, and the essence of sanctuary and relaxation. ST-22-3

**NOTE**We adhere very closely to our short term rental permits occupancy limits as well the requirements that NO events are held while renting this property. Owners on property at another location. Farm complex and animals are private and should not be accessed. Unfenced inground pool and please use caution.

Incredible property for a family getaway!
My family and 2 other families spent a week here and just absolutely loved it. The house is incredible and enough room for us all to spread out with our kids. The house has 3 main parts, so each family basically had their own "wing". The kitchen and some bedrooms were all updated and very comfortable. There is an amazing dining room where we had our fancy meal, and then there are a couple other great places to eat in a sunroom and outside. The grounds is spectacular, we spent majority of the time at the pool with our kids, which they loved. There is a nice little pool house as well with a bathroom and little kitchennete with a small fridge for drinks. There isn't much shade out by the pool, but we dealt with it. The walk to the dock is very nice, we even caught a crab in the provided crab traps! All in all a wonderful stay and a great large property for families to get together.

A Special Place
This home is beautiful and large. We found it to be immaculate with up to date furnishings. The surrounding grounds make it to be a very special getaway. From the pool to the waterfront access, the English garden to the apple orchards. Acres upon acres to explore and enjoy. The hosts Arlene and Tye are from the best out there. Getting to know them made our stay so much more enjoyable. We loved all of they're recommendations, in addition to being constantly on call for any request that we may have had. Overall I highly recommend this special place and look forward to returning.
