"Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Our room was on level 7, which is the same level as the onsen, so it was very convenient for us to use the onsen. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. Both meals were buffets, with a good variety of food choices. We drove, so parking was really free and convenient. Overall, nice stay, friendly staff and good amenities. "

"Beautiful hotel with a magnificent view of Mt Fuji. It is a grand yellow hotel nestled in the hillside so the hotel itself is quite picturesque. We booked a room with a private indoor onsen with a spectacular view of the Mt Fuji from the room including from the onsen. The water was hot and relaxing and the hotel has free bath salts of several fragrances to add to the water. The breakfast is quite good with a large variety of food. Dinner also has a lot of variety and quantity. It is not directly in Kawaguchiko and is about a 15 minute drive away from the station with a free hotel shuttle to and from the station. Definitely worth it for the view."
